Product description:

1. The pre-opening machine is mainly used to open PSF fiber with lower opening rate that required by non-woven equipments.

2. The material application is polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.

All the rollers are well produced dynamic poise, so that there is no noise while the machine running.

3. The developed fiber openers are more stable quality and high capacity with computerized laser cutting machine for the steel plates instead of welding style. So the machine is not easy to be transformed.

4. The machine is running calmly because of the well dynamic balance processing.
